Chia Pudding

Easy to do ahead!

Put all ingredients into a container with a lid. Shake and let sit in the fridge overnight.

1/2 cup nut or coconut milk

2 TBSP Chia Seeds 

1 TBSP maple syrup or Stevia to taste

Dash of cinnamon to taste

1/2 tsp vanilla

Variations: Cardamon, matcha powder, raw chocolate powder...

Use your imagination. Serve with berries if you like. Chia is very hydrating so this is a great breakfast or snack.
